Since the start of the development, Over Engh has been managing Prisma Business Park, a public private partnership (PPP) between Maasstede Vastgoed Ontwikkeling V.O.F., MRP Development, the Municipality of Lansingerland and the Municipality of Zoetermeer. As board of directors, responsible for financial operations, setting up park management, optimizing the zoning plan and marketing. The park has now been fully issued and taken into use by companies of name and fame.
